Our Training Programs

This 5 month minimum program will take your puppy to a gun dog ready for the field. All the essential tools from force fetch to steadiness are in this program that will give you a great partner in the blind and the house. 

When you want a little more than the Basic Gun Dog our Advanced program will have your dog stopping on whistles, marking multiple birds and taking hand signals. Your dog will be one to brag over in the duck blind! 

Hunt Tests are a great way to keep pushing your dog and have them involved in year around work. Whether you want a Started Hunting Retriever or a Hunting Retriever Champion these tests have set goals for the dogs to accomplish and add tools the dog can use during the hunting season!

For the 2023 hunt test season we accomplished a 83% pass rate passing 50/60 tests in all respective levels of HRC weekend tests.
